Job Title: Admin Assistant
Pay Rate: $22
Shifts: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM
Contract role- possibility for extension
Supports one or more mid-level managers. Works in low to medium-complex environment. Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving, and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain supplies, provide backup coverage to other administrative desks. Has basic to intermediate computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
*RESPONSIBILTIES:*
* Log employee training
* Sort/File employee training paperwork
* Track new hire 5/30/60/90 day safety requirements
* Assist in organizing forklift training
* Document forklift driver certifications
* LTT lock management
* Collect and organize permits, inspections, and other on-the-floor paperwork
* Attend EHS tpm pillar meetings – note taking, assist in off the floor activities
* Track employee job qualification check sheets and ensure they are complete
* Organize employee files
