What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analytical Chemistry Technician - $19 - $22/hr position at Kelly?
This role is a long-term contract (1 year with good possibility for extension). Pay for this role will be $19 - $22/hr depending on candidate's background and experience.
Summary:
Key responsibilities in this role include: formulation physical properties characterization (density, viscosity, surface tension, particle size, emulsion/dispersion stability), and analytical sample preparation and analysis via HPLC and GC.
Responsible as principle analyst for generating and reporting of analytical and physical/chemical data in support of compound and formulation certifications, accelerated and shelf life studies.
Position Requirements:
- AS or BS in Chemistry or similar discipline
- Specific hands on experience in at least one analytical technique (HPLC or GC) is preferred and prior experience in a GLP laboratory setting is ideal.
