• Hours: 12-hour/Alternating Shifts|6:45am-7:15pm and 6:45pm-7:45am
• Duration: Contract to Hire opportunity!

What’s a typical day as a Chemical Process Technician-BTA I? You’ll be:

• Safe operation of dry powder batch processes and material handling equipment
• Hands on manufacturing, interfacing with product, equipment
• Team members in activities such as operation of chemical processes, packaging product and other Operational activities as assigned
• Reporting of safety violations or concerns
• Housekeeping skills, good attendance, and teamwork
• This assignment has the opportunity for fulltime placement

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Must be available to work a DuPont schedule alternating from day shift to night shift
• Demonstrating good safety standards, troubleshooting equipment, operating material handling equipment, chemical processes
• 2 years of solid work experience, food or pharmaceutical processing is helpful, basic computer skills
• Must work well in a team environment and independently
• Demonstrate good work habits (attendance, safety, housekeeping, etc.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work 24/7 rotating shifts
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Able to wear a Pressurized Air Purifying Respirator
• Able to safely ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs during the shift
