Kelly is seeking a CNC Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity at a leading Machining Supplier in Alsip, IL
As a CNC Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Must have ability to work 4:30pm-4:00am
- Experience in a CNC manufacturing environment
- Manage/Supervise a team of 2-8 machinists
- Resolve problems and mitigate operational issues that result in negative performance
- Manage and train machinists as needed
We are looking for qualified candidates that have:
- Minimum of 10 Years’ Experience
- Prefer candidates within 40 minutes of our Alsip, Illinois location
- Previous Management /Supervisor experience in manufacturing a plus.
- Previous experience with precision measuring instruments/application of such instruments such as: calipers, micrometers, depth gages, indicators.
- Must be able to read blueprints (standard and metric)
The starting pay rate for CNC Supervisors is 54,000/ Year and up, based on experience
We have 2nd shift which is 4:30pm-4am available. This position is scheduled Monday-Thursday
