What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coating Machine Operator position at Kelly?
At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Coating Machine Operators to work for a reputable company in West Henrietta, NY. We’re here to help you find something great that works for you!
Shift: A and B Available
Payrate: $17.50 to $21
What does a typical day look like for this position? You’ll be:
- Washing glass substrates and inspecting for defects prior to coating
- Changing over coating machines from run to run
- Sandblasting machine parts and cleaning prior to installing in vacuum coating equipment
- Running a Tormach mill for cutting masks
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping duties in various areas
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cleanroom experience
- Basic math skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to read and interpret instructions
- The ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Detail-oriented mindset with an eye for quality control
