Pay rate: starting $16.00 per hour (open depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Term: Temp to Perm

Job Summary:
* The Cranial Customer Service Representative will receive, proof, schedule, and process cranial incoming orders. He/she will:
* Process and manage electronic compressed files (*.zip) of patient scans for Custom-to-Scan orders, as well as orders received via Custom-to-Cast.
* Also, be (1) proficient at taking and entering both custom and prefabricated orders received by telephone, fax, in writing, and in person, (2) able to project a positive, energetic, helpful persona.
Essential Functions:
* Provide a high level of service that constantly and consistently exceeds the needs of the customer.
* High level of customer contact and information verification, the ability to work with deadlines, and resolve customer/practitioner issues or concerns.
* Responsible for processing orders related to the Custom-to-Cast and Custom-to-Scan Cranial Remolding production.
* Utilize Yeti Shape Builder & Canfit P&O Design applications to process in-coming cranial scan files.
* Utilize VisualCAM application to process and postcranial carving files to 5-axis or 3-axis router.
* Document customer complaints on Customer Quality Report and distribute to the appropriate staff responsible for resolution.
* Issue and process RA’s for Product Returns.
* In-depth knowledge of in-house cranial manufacturing processes to facilitate order completion.
* Familiar with FDA regulations for Class II Medical Devices.
* Knowledge of prefabricated product manufacturing processes to facilitate order completion.
* In-depth Knowledge of MAS200 Customer Service Module, able to navigate multiple screens in a timely, efficient manner.
* Working knowledge of in-house shipping processes to facilitate order shipment.
Desired Qualifications:
* High School Diploma.
* Customer-oriented, good telephone manners.
* Structured, well-organized, and able to work within a team environment.
* Able to project a confident, reassuring presence.
* Data entry and other basic computer skills
