- Have a background in Agriculture, Automotive, Marketing, or Training Development.
- Have experience with Articulate, video creation, and creative projects (training will be provided).
- Possess strong organizational skills and can manage meetings and deadlines effectively.
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Training, or Business (preferred but not required).
- Have the ability to adapt communication styles and work with different teams.
- Are open to travel up to 15% for dealership and event opportunities.
