What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Kelly?
Local, premier, Wyoming County, NY, Banking Facility is looking for Customer Service Representatives.
In this role you will work with new and existing clients while promoting bank services and products and learning the responsibilities of the Bank Teller position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and selling and referral techniques
- Actively promote referrals for commercial, mortgage, investment, and merchant services to business partners
- Develop, expand and service prospective and existing customer relationships
- Account opening & maintenance, originating consumer loan applications, and obtaining and providing all required documentation
- Maintain and apply knowledge of all security policies and procedures
- Assist Teller line as needed. Duties with this include processing transactions for customers, loan payments, cashing checks, selling gift cards etc. in a professional and courteous manner
Locations:
Yorkshire and Strykersville
$15.00 hour
High School Diploma minimum 2 years relevant Sales Experience (retail or banking preferred)
Must have schedule flexibility to work Saturday mornings on a rotational basis with other staff members
