What you’ll do:
Support operations by monitoring, analyzing, and creating master data information. Responsibilities include collecting and keying data into SAP promptly with a high degree of accuracy to ensure the business database are current and reflects updated information.
- Responsible for the consistency of the data going into the ERP system and the monitoring of on-going audit results.
- Transfer data from paper and web forms via keyboard to the ERP system
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested.
- Coordinate the efforts amongst data owners to deliver data in timely fashion to the Master Data team; resulting in master data records that are up to date.
- Assist in data management governance ensuring functional master data integrity across the operation of the ERP system.
- Assists users in ensuring Business Partners and equipment (for example) are accurately input to ensure smooth flow of data through the systems.
- Troubleshoots data to ensure accuracy and prevent misalignment of information and/or slowing down of the workflow process.
- Creates data files for master uploads.
- Manages, analyzes, and resolves data issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
- Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction or process control and improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
- High technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy follow up and ability to pay close attention to all details.
- Standing and walking at a desk
- Heavy computer and phone use
Pay & Schedule:
Monday thru Friday
8 AM to 5 PM
$20 to $22 per hour DEO
