Kelly Services is recruiting for a Data Entry clerk in Parkersburg, WV for a financial institution. This will be a 6-month position.
Monday-Friday
8:00am-5:00pm
$15/hr
Weekly Pay
Job Description:
- Responsible for production of reports used to measure and monitor the efficiency, accuracy, volume, profitability, security, risk and/or timeliness of assigned products and services
- Assist internal and external callers in service implementation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Daft and/or update procedures used within assigned departments
- Assist in the gathering of information needed to document compliance with policies and procedures for audit or bank examinations.
- Assist with project administration or contribute as part of a larger project team.
Responsibilities:
- Produces assigned reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Identifies and recommend improvements in the accuracy and efficiency of the reporting process.
- Provide first-line support for callers (internal and external) related to the delivery and administration of assigned products.
- First-line support includes, but is not limited to, answering routine inquiries, performing basic maintenance functions, and/or assisting the caller with system access issues.
Requirements:
- Data Entry experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Prior Banking experience preferred
