If you ask us, this job looks great. Kelly® Professional & Industrial is searching for a Data Entry Clerk III for a top banking client in Mount Laurel, NJ!
Schedule: Sun - Thurs. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $21.75/hour
- Entering new hires into the Workday system; as well as processing internal employee job changes.
- Gathering and submitting new hire paperwork over to our file team
- Sending background check links for new hires/internal employees
- Scheduling new hires for training, sending start details
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Computer savvy with Microsoft office Excel (ability to read and understand spreadsheets shared), Word, Outlook
- Able to work in fast paced environment and Ability to work with different systems simultaneously
- Previous Data Entry Experience 5
- Previous remote work/ comfortable with remote training
- Prev. exp. Onboarding candidates (background checks, training enrollment, etc)
MUST HAVE Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Attention to detail and accuracy – reading instructions and correspondence and verifying correct information.
