Engineering Test Technician (Contract to Perm Opportunity)
Location: Bohemia, NY
Pay Rate: Up to $28 an hour (depending upon experience)

Duties and Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot repair electromechanical devices to original manufacture specifications.
- Candidate must also be able to legibly document all repair work, and prep unit for shipment back to customer.
- Perform metrological checks of customer instrumentation
- Perform software upgrades and modifications on new orders as needed
- Repairing /evaluating customer equipment as well as demo/returns
- Maintaining accurate repair records
- Prepare repair estimates
- Computer familiarity of Windows based software, w/ ability to learn and understand diagnostic software
- Follow and understand ISO 9000 quality system
- Work with Service Administrative team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements:
- AAS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Technical School Certification and/or
- Military training in electronic repair.
