What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Lab Associate position at Kelly?
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Lab Associate for a project engagement at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. As a Lab Associate placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
- Experience with writing protocols and preparing work orders
- Draft and edit technical documents, schedules technical review meetings, and routes documents for approval through current knowledge management system.
- Prepare material for production
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience
- BS or BA degree preferred (engineering or science), high school diploma required
- Previous medical device and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred. Experience with beauty or consumer products a plus.
- Experience in other industries requiring strict regulatory control will be considered.
- Quality engineering and/or quality assurance/compliance experience preferred
- Mid-level computer skills required
- Basic knowledge of electronic office equipment, i.e. scanner, copier required
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, strong with PowerPoint and excel
- Prepare material for production, Familiarity with product development process preferred
