Pay $26.00 to $28.70 per hour, depending on experience
You’ll be:
Supporting a Regional VP with calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Managing a small fleet of vehicles used for visiting executives.
Assisting with regional meetings including communications and catering
Accessing information requested by regional dealerships and providing reports
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; project management; responsive approach to tasks.
Five or more years of directly related experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
A high school diploma or G.E.D. (One to two years post-high school education preferred)
Knowledge of general office equipment such as fax, copier, and telephone systems. Proficient in Word and Excel software with 80% accuracy; Outlook; PowerPoint.
