What’s a typical day as an expeditor? You’ll be:
- Reviewing ERP system for purchase order confirmation dates and past due purchase orders reports out to project managers late purchase orders
- Coordinating expediting of vendors to meet commitment and requirement date to meet project schedules and revenue targets
- Cross-functioning work with strategic sourcing to identify alternate suppliers and mitigation plans
