- Performing cutting, mounting, laminating, QC, and packaging of printed roll media and printed boards.
- Setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining the mounting/laminating equipment.
- Ensuring that all clients and team members receive the best service possible.
- Offering realistic and creative ideas for clients and internal needs.
- Conducting proof and quality control checks on each job produced.
- Vinyl wrapping (installing) in-house projects.
- Setting up and operating Zund (router/cutter) files (knowledge is a plus).
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in large format production finishing.
- Have knowledge of laminators, laminates, and adhesives.
- Possess exceptional math skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Can work in a team or unsupervised with a positive attitude.
- Are able to process, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.
- Have the ability to vinyl wrap (install) in-house projects.
- Have knowledge of Zund (router/cutter) file setup and operation (a plus).
- Have a GED.
