Our Manufacturing Client in Winona, MN is seeking a Laborer. If this sounds like the right fit for you, read on and apply!
Pay: $21.65/hr (Direct Hire/NOT temp!)
Benefits: health, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, PTO & more!
Shift: 3rd shift (11pm-7am) Sunday night - Friday morning
What’s a typical day as Laborer?
- Operates production equipment to assist with manufacturing, production, and packaging of a production line
- Monitors equipment for quality, defects, stalls, or jams
- Starts and stops production run
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following knowledge/skills/abilities:
- Ability to physically and mentally work safely to produce production materials
- Good eyesight
- Written and oral communication
- Ability to use a computer to enter and look up data
- Ability to move materials with and without material handling devices (normally <30#, but can be up to 55# (alone) lifting at times)
- Ability to push and pull equipment
- Ability to bend, kneel, stair climb, overhead stretch & reach
- Ability to clean and maintain clean equipment and work area while manufacturing materials
- Ability to perform all functions in hot (up to 95 degrees) and humid environment
- Ability to work with glass, silica, and carbon fiber, resins (epoxies and phenolics)
- Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety shoes, coverall suits, respirators, etc.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1-3 years production operation experience (preferred)
- Must pass computer-based assessment, background check, credit check, drug test and physical
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US (US Citizenship)
