What’s a typical day as a GIS Team Member? You’ll be performing the following:

• This entry-level GIS Team Member will work with a team to successfully develop and launch new Permitting and Routing Systems.
• The position will require this person to manage daily tasks, work with the Project Team and Developers to perfect a system and perform quality control throughout the development of the system, as well as support the project after launch.
• This person may work directly with customers.
• The position will require this person to perform a variety of tasks such as maintain and modify GIS data bridge data, clearance data, signage, maneuvers, restrictions, travel alerts, etc.
• Will require you to enter GIS data into a database using various techniques including keyboard entry or conversion of digital data, review incoming GIS data, and provide support to both internal and external users related to the operation of GIS applications.
• This person must be able to handle critical and demanding deadlines and make important decisions under pressure. >

This job might be an outstanding fit if you meet the following criteria:

• This person must demonstrate organization, be meticulous, detail oriented, and have good communication and writing skills.
• The ideal candidate can manage lists of issues and follow-up on those issues until they have been rectified, can multi-task, and can problem solve quickly.
• This person will work with an energetic team and must be ready to help in any way they can.
• Must have good skills in using Word, Outlook, Excel, and web and mobile sites.
• Previous GIS experience a plus.
• Education Requirements: High School Diploma
