What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk position at Kelly?
Tier 1/2 Help Desk – Sanford, NC
Looking for someone to perform:
- Basic troubleshooting
- PC technician work
- Help desk tier I/II experience
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Experience with Troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite 2016/O365
- Experience with Network Connectivity/Printer TS
Preferred:
- 3 years of experience
- Experience with Zebra Printers/RF Scanners
- Manufacturing/Production environment experience
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
