L2 Inventory Specialist
Hillsboro, Oregon
Top Level Duties:
- Track all receipts, shipments, and other transactions of units per item lot.
- Record quantities in and out of area or any other locations in area tracking spreadsheet.
- Use repetitive, routine, database queries to record unit quantity and location per lot.
- Manually Cycle Count of area inventory per Program project
- Physically identify each unit per lot by part number, location, and program.
- Count like parts per location.
- Record counted inventory in area tracking tools.
- Enter all required data points per item(s) counted at each location.
- Use repetitive, routine, database queries to evaluate unit quantity and location per lot.
- Assure unit count per lot match specifics in both spreadsheet and database.
- Research and adjust any inconsistencies in lot quantities and/or location.
- Assist in inventory compilation, reduction, and rearrangement.
- Find gaps in physical layout of inventory by size, packaging, program relationship and part number.
- Physically move/rearrange parts based on gaps defined and make appropriate inventory spreadsheet and database adjustments.
- Remove physically (ship offsite or scrap) unneeded parts and make appropriate inventory adjustments.
Required Skills:
- Must be skilled in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word and at least familiar with other Office applications.
- Must be capable of learning quickly unique application interfaces for data entry, locating and extraction.
- Not to the query generating level, cut and paste or manual typing.
- Basic Windows environment and conventions must be “second nature”.
- Must be able to work from written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs semi-repetitively.
- Must be able to work in a sitting position for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Must be literate in the English language – both in written and spoken terms.
- Must possess minimal basic arithmetic skills.
