Job Overview:
- Perform basic triage and report clear and detailed test results as well as failures.
- Able to perform the basic levels of hardware debug and troubleshooting including re-seating the CPU, and re-flashing BIOS.
- Able to perform basic firmware debug (analyzing log files to identify failure modes).
- Log pre-sightings with clear failure details following JIRA standard procedures with guidance from team and/or technical leads.
- Pro-active in completing cross-training during downtime in order to support other feature areas.
- Execute pre-existing tests using test procedure documentation and suggest improvements.
- Able to identify process and technical issues with proposals for recommendations.
- Some basic ability to read Python scripts (or similar language) and work within Linux CLI/shell to execute tests and navigate the OS (operating system).
