Clinical Laboratory Technician, San Gabriel Valley (Los Angeles, CA)
Great entry-level laboratory position with a leader in clinical diagnostics! We're hiring multiple Laboratory Technicians to process COVID-19 testing samples. If you have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences discipline and experience performing DNA extraction, schedule an appointment today for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities
- Performs PCR, qPCR, and Sanger Sequencing
- DNA extraction for various samples
- Familiar with various molecular assays
- Produces accurate and reliable data in the specified timeframe; document results accurately and completely
Requirements
- BA/BS in Life Sciences related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational ability and time management skills
- Basic laboratory safety protocol and training
- Employment is contingent upon a favorable background screen and drug screen
Work Schedule
- Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
- Shift 1: 6AM - 2:30PM
- Shift 2: 10AM - 6:30PM
- Shift 3: 6:30PM - 3AM
Pay: $24 - $26 (this position is eligible for quarterly performance-based bonuses)
