What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Kelly?
Asst. Machine Operators
Location: Statesville, NC
Pay Rate
Day – 7:45 am to 8 pm = $15 hr.
Night -7:45 pm to 8:00 am = $16.50 hr.
Job Description:
- Assistant Operators will cut open 25 kg (55lbs) bags of resin with breakaway knife and then dump the resin into a mixer.
- Assist Machine operators with machine start up
- Responsible for vacuum filter changes
- Movement of rolls from machine to packing line (Rolls weigh up to 25 - 50lbs)
- Feed recycle into waste hopper. This is feeding edge trim from rolls into waste hopper.
- General computer data entry entering weights (weighing scrap)
- Measuring rolls / documentation
- General cleaning
