$20.00/hr.
2nd shift
Monday - Friday 4p - 12 midnight
$20.75/hr.
3rd shift
Monday-Friday 12 midnight - 8 am
$22.00/hr.
B shift
Sun.-Tues. 6p-6a, every other Wed. 6p-6a
$22.00/hr.
Royalton Plant
2nd shift
Monday - Friday 4p - 12 midnight
$20.75/hr.
B shift
Sun.-Tues. 6p-6a, every other Wed. 6p-6a
$22.00/hr.
C shift
every other Wed. 6a-6p, Thurs-Sat. 6a-6p
$20.75/hr.
D shift
every other Wed. 6p-6a, Thurs-Sat. 6p-6a
$23.25/hr.
Training:
The first 1-2 Weeks of the project are classroom/on-the-job training. TRAINING SCHEDULE will be Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm (regardless of shift)
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The In-Process Inspector (I.P.I.) will oversee the operation and monitor the quality of injection molding machines as well as be responsible for the quality of product before packaging.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
Uses appropriate gages to verify the quality of the product.
Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify the quality of the product.
Visually inspect the product to verify quality and conformance with General Appearance Sample (G.A.S.).
Communicate machine and product status to appropriate personnel. · Package and handle finished products as required and indicated on QAR.
Identify and label products.
Perform line cleanings.
Learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Use SPC to ensure product quality.
Report safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
Perform secondary finishing operations.
Participate in the Quality Improvement program.
Train other employees.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong leadership, motivational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Working knowledge of Statistical Process Capability Studies (SPCs).
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Good safety record.
Attention to detail is a must.
Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends when needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliability is Required.
