Junior Data Analyst, 100% Remote
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst to work for one of our top clients in Victory, NY. Manager is fine with these roles being 100% remote.
This is a 3-6 month contract.

- Master Data technical knowledge/experience, understanding of Informatica ETL and ERP Systems as data source/target systems (using SAP S/4 HANA)
- Understanding of master data, data governance and data quality strategies, policies, procedures
- Functional skills working with business teams, stakeholders and leadership; excellent communication to gather, understand and document requirements
Responsibilities
- Review and execution of business partner data, such as supplier, customer, and employee records within the Informatica Data Management Suite of tools
- Support core master data systems and rules used to manage and enhance core data
- Data Management suites, ERP systems, Workflow tools
- Understand business process definitions to ensure consistency, uniformity, and accuracy of core data sets
- Support key process improvement initiatives within the team
- Assist with Data & Analytics sponsored data cleanup projects which ensure the integrity and correct application of agreed upon data standards and business rules
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in accordance with established business rules
- Manage data quality reporting kick-outs, ensuring timely resolution; and continue to enhance data quality rules
- Align with internal service level agreements in support of business data requirements
- Partner with technical and key business stakeholders on new data requirements, and drive data issue resolution with the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of related experience in business systems and controls
- Experience with Informatica Data Management Suite, SAP S4 Hana and SAP BPC, financial systems, or similar competitive toolsets a plus
- Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)
- Solid organizational skills, including the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while staying on top of business requests
- SQL, database, and/or programming knowledge a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Spanish language a plus
