Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Role Responsibilities

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  
  

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Work Environment: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; multi-tasking is essential.
• Physical Requirements: Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle JDE, WebOps, SAP, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Availability: Provides on-call support on nights and weekends when required.
  
  

Must-haves

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse organization, including processing, packaging, and storage of medical device equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven customer service abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
