What a typical day as a Operations Assistant:
- Help and support the director of operations by compiling and organizing data into informative reports.
- Help investigate customer claims and penalties.
- Analyze material order coverage and identify potential shortages.
- Order raw materials and office supplies.
- Create presentations, files, spreadsheets and databases.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associates Degree with a minimum of two years administrative experience.
- Ability to multitask and organize ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A team player with a high level of professionalism.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred, but not required.
