• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
• Start Date: September 12, 2022
• Paid On The Job Training first week
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd plus a weekend shift
• Length: estimated 3-6 months, top performers could be extended

What’s a typical day as an Order Picker?

• The primary function of the DA Laborer is to assist in the receiving, stocking, pulling, assembly, box building, printer loading and/or shipping of product to fulfill client orders.

• Shipping orders via UPS, FedEx or Freight, making sure name, company, and street address are correct.
• Attach order numbers to all boxes, assuring that order is complete.
• Pick items from warehouse.
• Perform manual assembly.
• Verify correct pieces are pulled before assembly begins.
• Meet production and quality standards on an on-going basis.
• Responsible for breaking down empty boxes and maintaining a clean work area daily
• Keep accurate personal production logs
• Pulling additional materials from warehouse stock as needed
• Receiving, Pulling and Stocking materials
• Building Boxes for project.
• This position will be standing, bending and lifting.
• Associates should be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment.
• Comfortable lifting/standing for an 8-10 hour shift.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
