Job Description
Packaging associates will be responsible for the assembly of Trauma Sets, which include small screws and instruments, and meticulously place them into designated trays following a specific shadow board layout. This role plays a vital role in ensuring that our Trauma sets are meticulously prepared with accuracy and efficiency, meeting quality standards necessary for shipment.

- Accurately assemble Trauma Sets by placing smaller screws and instruments into trays based on a prescribed shadow board layout
- Diligently match parts to their corresponding type of tray, ensuring high precision and attention to detail.
- Perform quality checks on assembled trays to ensure that all components are correctly positioned and meet quality standards
- Utilize company implemented ERP system to log, track, and verify parts and assembled sets.
- Actively participate in training and be willing to adapt to various tasks or areas within the warehouse as needed.
