We’re seeking a Production Supervisor in Burlington, Iowa.
Pay: $30/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM , Friday 6AM-11AM
(Overtime as required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide manufacturing the required components at the right time, place, and qty within or below budgeted production cost
- Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant s manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly
- Utilize multiple manufacturing data systems and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and effectively communicate upcoming production risk
- Oversee and maintain cadence within logistics operations and line feeding activities
- Other related duties as assigned
- Accountable for meeting day-to-day and short-term targets by setting priorities for the team and ensuring task completion that impacts the immediate team
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Summary:
Planning, implementation and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
