What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager Assistant position at Kelly?
Strong customer service experience, demonstrated ability to learn programs involving complex regulations, proficient computer skills, organized, excellent verbal and written skills, ability to work with people from all walks of life, property management/housing experience and working knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Section 8 HUD rules and regulations a plus but not necessary.
