Kelly Services is currently seeking an Purchasing Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Dedham, MA.

What’s a typical day as an Purchasing Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
- Following up on all open orders daily for assigned suppliers and Senior Buyers
- Analyzing and suggesting min /max inventory levels
- Working with the warehouse supervisor to resolve any miss-ship/damage issues
- Working with accounting to resolve any pricing issues
- Entering new product numbers in ERP System
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a purchasing or replenishment department.
- Experience with ERP software is a plus (AX Dynamics preferred)
