Responsibilities:
- Creating and compiling the company’s final product (report and/or letter) using preapproved templates.
- Reviewing, processing, and performing corrections on all final report types.
- Preparing letters, preliminary results, and raw data as needed.
- Processing template requests to improve team efficiency.
Requires:
- Have strong data entry and interpretation skills.
- Possess basic math skills, such as rounding and significant figures.
- Have excellent proofreading, revising, and editing skills.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.)
- Have previous office and customer service experience (preferred).
