- You will be working Monday thru Friday
- You will work 7am until 4pm
- Great pay rate of $23 an hour and you will be paid every Friday, by direct deposit or money net card
What's a typical day as a Receptionist? You'll be:
- Greeting clients/guest and directing them to the correct destination
- Provide information about the company to visitors, such as department location, employees within the organization and what the organization specializes in
- Responsible for filing, organizing and maintaining records, answer phones
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer, screen and forward calls
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
This job might be outstanding if you:
- Have excellent customer service, both inperson and over the phone
- Have experience managing files and records
- Experience operating a multiphone line system, including transfering calls and responding to calls in queue.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous receptionist or secretary experience
