- Lead the standardization and centralization of best-practice principles of curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation for a large team of trainers.
- Build a template for a centralized curriculum map including learning objectives, KPIs, etc.
- Provide Instructional Design strategy for various innovation projects including, but not limited to, learning journey, phased training, and competency mapping.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communications, or related field.
- Graduate degree in Instructional Design (Preferred)
- 4 years of Learning & Development/Content development experience
- Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Demonstrated experience conducting needs assessments and designing and implementing training programs.
- Applies planning and organizational skills to establish an effective course of action.
- Working knowledge of media principles, including an understanding of the uses and advantages/disadvantages of different media channels.
