What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Kelly?
The Service Coordinator will coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales, and service activities. Will be handling questions, complaints, and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, in order to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Job duties will include:
- Enter sales orders policy and warranty in a timely and accurate manner, accurately code, prepare for approval and route to Accounts Payable.
- Work directly with District Managers by keeping open lines of communication.
- Prepare quotes and in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain OSHA and EPA files following ISO guidelines, back up sales, service coordinators and shipping /receiving as necessary.
- Compose and type routine correspondence, organize and maintain file systems, file correspondence and other records.
- Conduct research and compile and type statistical reports, make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepare outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean working environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have order entry processing and inventory control experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
