Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:00pm
Shipping Clerk Professional
- Printing pick tickets and accurately processing all domestic and export outbound shipments of packaged products, samples, equipment, and miscellaneous items
- Ensuring bill of lading for all shipments has correct DOT shipping names, quantity, batch number, and freight classifications
- Collaborating and communicating with Logistics Personnel, Operations, Customer Service Representative, Service providers, and all others involved in the shipment material
- Working with RXO Load Planners with shipment scheduling, changes, and carrier status updates
- Managing and archiving shipment and office files
- Handling boxes up to 50 pounds
- Packaging and processing FedEx outbound shipments
- Obtaining and maintaining DOT Transportation Safety Regulation, Hazmat, and IATA certification and training for air shipments
- Responsible for inventorying and maintaining shipping operational supplies
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong sense of time management and urgency
- Are able to work independently and within a team
- Have problem-solving and analytical skills
- Pay attention to detail and have strong organizational skills
- Have experience with administrative software, such as Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams
- Have experience in SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Have data entry and clerical experience working in an office and warehouse setting
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Have 1 year of logistics and/or customer service support experience
- Have 1 year of experience in SAP Inventory Management
- Have knowledge of warehouse management operations and systems
- Have knowledge of DOT Regulation
- Have data entry and clerical experience working in an office and warehouse setting
