Kelly Services is seeking a Showroom Coordinator for a company located in Syracuse, NY!
Job Title: Showroom Coordinator
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay Rate: $17.00 /hr.
Summary/Objective
The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of service to clients as an integral team member who supports the business goals. As the first point of contact, the Showroom Coordinator ensures customer satisfaction by greeting clients and by completing both administrative and design related tasks.
Essential Duties:

? Responsible for being the first point-of-contact for the showroom
? Assists customers in viewing slabs and selecting products
? Interacts with clients to identify their needs, requirements, and budgetary limitations; presents products to clients suitable to their objectives
? Able to comfortably work in the virtual world i.e. Zoom, etc.
? Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients
? Answer inquiries from clients concerning company products
? Manage client accounts in Sales Information System
? Collaborate with Sales Support personnel in offering exceptional customer service
? Interest in and knowledge of kitchen design
? Capable of working in both administrative and creative capacities including contributing to the visual presentation of the showroom

Required Experience:
? Associates degree in Interior Design or equivalent work experience
? Showroom design experience a plus
? Must be a self-starter, willing to learn
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Good organizational skills
? Strong computer skills
