Supply Planner
Kelly is seeking a talented Supply Planner for our biotechnical manufacturing client in Pittsburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 1 year of experience. High level of proficiency in Excel is required. This is a 6-month contract role to start, with possible conversion to direct hire.
*** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AS AN EMPLOYEE (ON W-2 BASIS) *** NO C2C, 1099, etc. ***
- Location: On site, Pittsburg, PA
- Shift: 1st shift: 8am-5pm, possible weekends periodically
- Pay: $18.00 – 39.00/hour DOE & EDU
In this role you will:
- This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Shows Initiative and responsibility, is proactive, seeks out possible solutions for issues before escalating.
- Under minimal supervision, performs varied regional planning assignments
- Provide reporting and customer insights to the commercial team for key areas of customer usage, service levels, and inventory
- Review and process stock requests for customers
- Review and process deduct and hold requests for customers
- Provide performance metrics for stock request utilization; Manage and disposition products at risk for expiration, excess and obsolescence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar function
- Strong MS Office skills
- High level of proficiency in Excel is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
