Vaccine Screener

• Multiple Shifts Available
  • 1 AM- 9:30 AM
  • 1st shift 4 AM - 12 PM
  • Mid shift 12 PM - * PM
  • Grave 8 PM - $ AM
• Pay is $20-$22/HR (depending on shift)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Verbally screen for employee COVID-19 vaccination status on a daily basis as they individually complete their health screen at automated stations
• Provide employees with further direction based upon vaccination status
  • if vaccinated they ll need to ask employee to provide vaccine record and record dates of vaccine
  • or if not vaccinated, they will remind employees that we provide free vaccines and pay 100 to each vaccinated employee
• Maintain digital and/or paper log of daily employee contacts and vaccination status
• Escalate any issues as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong inter-personal and verbal skills
• Detail orientated
  • i.e. accurately reading and recording employee data and test information on a daily basis
• Prior Office administration/Human Resources/Employee Facing experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong Excel skills preferred
  • i.e. if recording data digitally on ipads/tablets
• Clear understanding of HIPAA and Privacy rules and protocols

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• None

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

• Stationed indoor at a table Able to sit or stand during the shift
