What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Lead? You’ll be:

• Assisting in preparing operational schedules and coordinating manufacturing activities to
  ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
• Assisting in the oversight of all aspects of production inside the facility, assuring
  smooth, efficient & safe environment for coworkers.
• Ensuring techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of finished
  goods are followed.
• Assisting in enforcing policies and procedures per the customer’s manuals and policy handbook
• Assisting in regulatory record keeping, ordering and tracking shortages for production, and reviewing and releasing of finished product for distribution
• Verifying of and adherence to accomplishing daily/weekly production goals with Plant
  Manager
• Assisting in processing timecards and entering data on payroll forms. Additionally, coordinating temp employees’ hours and reporting of hours to temp agencies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are comfortable stepping into the lead role as an assistant to the Plant Manager. Operational experience is a plus.
• Have strong computer skills
• Are able to stand, bend, and lift items up to 50 pounds throughout the entire shift.
• Can work overtime when needed.
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Are ok with wearing and purchasing scrubs daily for the dress attire. Also, steel toe shoes are required.
