Reporting to the Senior Manager, Implementation, the Project Analyst is responsible for driving the completion of enhancements to the KAPS unclaimed property management system and the OnBase Document Management software. The Project Analyst is skilled in quickly gathering information to formulate project plans. The Project Analyst is the primary liaison between KAPS clients, Kelmar’s Business Team, Management, Developers and Kelmar’s vendors. A confident problem solver and effective communicator, the Project Analyst is proactive in bringing together key stakeholders to assess and resolve project challenges to deliver results. The Project Analyst is a remote position with the option to work in any of Kelmar’s offices including Rockland, MA; Wakefield, MA; or Wilmington, DE.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Project Manager for OnBase integrations with KAPS and their associated document conversions
- Index mapping for new system setups
- Manage new feature implementations for the KAPS and OnBase applications to enhance the client experience
- Coordinate OnBase software updates with third parties
- Develop effective dashboard reports for upper management and clients
- Completion and fulfilment of business and technical documents for their associated projects
- Create, refine, and maintain project plans as necessary throughout the duration of the implementation
- Ensure all responsible parties, as defined in the project plan, meet their expected timelines
- Escalate risk factors of potential slippage to senior management; diligently track and proactively coordinate with stakeholders until resolution or mitigation strategy is implemented
- Conduct weekly meetings with the internal project team, clients and vendors during the implementation process; coordinate agendas and itineraries, circulate minutes to participants of virtual and in-person meetings
- Attend key recurring technical or development meetings
- Support Implementation and Support team members in monitoring work in progress, schedules and escalate identified priority conflicts to team management
- Other projects as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of relevant project management or business analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree; Project Management Certification is a plus, but not required with relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet or other project management software
- Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects by employing a high level of organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate discussions with stakeholders
- Demonstrated business curiosity and critical thinking skills
- Excel at developing detailed documentation and reporting
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Travel up to 10% of the time to client sites
- Willing to work off hours and/or weekends - the need for off hours is expected as needed where involvement in software updates/maintenance initiatives may be required
- Preference may be given to candidates with working knowledge of SQL Server
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now and in the future
