The Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships participates in the execution of strategic vision and initiatives, with a focus on the development, implementation and management of networks in expansion markets. This role is focused upon identifying and engaging the providers in expansion markets to manage risk and transition into value-based contracts for both commercial and Medicare Advantage products. This position is instrumental in aligning strategies, operations, and relationships with network providers to bolster expansion initiatives.
The Director, Business Development is a remote position with up to 50% travel required. Preference for candidates located in Texas.

Salary Range: $139,464.00 to $209,185.60 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience.
Preferred: N/A
Experience
Required: Minimum 5 years of management. Minimum 5 years of experience building relationships with primary care and health system partners and establishing physician partnership models. Experience partnering with internal and external resources to establish an effective lead generation process and create a pipeline of potential provider partners.
Preferred: Strong background in team building, workforce planning, and expense management. Experience managing physician business development teams. Familiar with the Texas independent physician landscape in at least one of five major regions (North Texas, Central Texas, South ,Texas, East Texas, West Texas)
