We are looking for individuals with the ability to professionally interact with judges, attorneys, and other government office personnel while performing court-related ministerial functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent the Clerk of the Circuit Court Office in a professional manner
- Deliver best in class service experiences virtually or face to face
- Maintain court records to ensure they are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Notify relevant parties of court proceedings as needed
- Serve as evidence custodian
- Input data into multiple system applications/software
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Type 35 wpm
- Public speaking
- Computer skills and knowledge of software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal & skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Bilingual (preferred)
- HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Valid Florida Drivers License
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Must demonstrate maturity and communication skills for public service
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
