Facilities & Maintenance Team Lead
The Facilities & Maintenance Lead works under the direction of Facilities & Maintenance Manager to ensure the use and functionality of all facilities and equipment in Indiana. This hands-on position includes supervision and execution of general repairs and preventative maintenance (PM) work and supervision of maintenance assistant(s).
Facilities & Maintenance Team Lead
Direct understanding of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical power systems. |
Ability to make repairs to equipment and systems utilizing the above power systems, such as forklifts, air compressors, machine wrapper, security systems, dock plates, etc. |
Ability to perform the maintenance and servicing of equipment per manufacturer schedules or other directives. |
Possess strong eye-hand coordination as well as strength and stamina needed to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, move equipment and heavy loads, use scissor lift at elevated levels. |
Possess basic carpentry skills. |
Be able to pass tests for and operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet riders, scissor lifts and floor scrubbers. |
Ability to work weekends as needed. |
Basic MS Office, email and general computer skills required. |
Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record. |
3-5 years of experience in warehousing or manufacturing maintenance. |
High School diploma or GED required. |
