Overview:
The Help Desk Support Analyst will provide customer support and maintenance within the corporate computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading varying types of equipment and PC hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. This role will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, via e-mail and remote desktop) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide customer assistance as required.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers.

Maintain proper documentation and organization of their assigned tickets.

Install, configure, test and troubleshoot customer equipment, including but not limited to computers, monitors, hard drives, laptops, printers and phone equipment.

Install all types of software on various devices.

Identify recurrent problems and help customers resolve them.

Collaborate with Network Administrators and other IT personnel to ensure efficient operation of the desktop computing environment.

Prepare and ship computer equipment to remote offices.

Recommend documentation or procedures for installations or other job related items.
Qualifications:
- Education and expereine requirements:

Undergraduates Degree with 1 years of experience

Associates Degree with 3 years of experience
-
H.S. Diploma with 5 years of experience

Candidate must be a self-starter, customer oriented, team player, have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Research, understand, participate and contribute to the goals and mission of the IT Department and the company as a whole.

Perform all responsibilities of this position while continually presenting a positive and professional example for the rest of the team and the company.
