SIGN INSTALLER

Job Description:

We are seeking candidates in the south Florida area. You will install signs of all types (non-illuminated and illuminated) throughout the state of Florida. Electrical experience a plus. Full time position. Mon - Fri, some weekends. Pay based on experience.

Must be willing to work early hours and/or late hours including overtime if needed.

Must be willing to travel and stay out of town for 3 days at a time.

Need a valid driver's license free of traffic infractions for 5 years (CLASS A CDL a PLUS)

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in the Florida summer heat.

• Must be able to execute installations accurately and expeditiously.

• Must be equally able to take direction and give direction.

• Must be able to think on your feet and make decisions in the field.

• Must have great communication skills, be dependable and self-motivated.

• Must have a positive and can-do attitude.

• Must be physically able to perform sign installations, which includes lifting, climbing, and working at heights greater than 10 feet

• Must have knowledge of power tools as well as ability to operate

• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Confirms the signage accurately conforms to the work order (i.e., spelling, medium, size, etc.)

• Loads and transports signage to destination

• Prepares worksite by removing unwanted signage, preparing mounting surfaces, and ensuring all electrical sources are in order (if applicable)

• Follows all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phases

• Installs signage in strict compliance with the work order

• Cleans installation site upon completion of install

• Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

• Performs other duties as assigned such as maintaining truck cleanliness, material stocking and inventory of materials on trucks

• Successfully work with members of a team at all levels within an organization
