The Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for providing resolutions to guest inquiries, complaints, issues and/or concerns through our Contact Us form, email, social media channels and over the phone. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm and a hybrid schedule is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information in response to incoming guest concerns and inquires.
- Process guest comments according to established Company and department policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Provide resolution and assistance to Rewards related inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize Salesforce to log, track and document guest inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Partner with the Social Media team to ensure all responses to guests through a social platform is with a unified Casey's voice.
