Automotive Service Advisor

Ken Pollock Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join the group. As a Service Advisor, you must be able to multi-task, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain impeccable customer service.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Setting, confirming and preparing for appointments to expedite the customers’ service experience
• Greeting customers in a time efficient and friendly manner
• Determining vehicle needs based on customer information, a vehicle walk-around and a technician’s multi-point inspection
• Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
• Communicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work
• Coordinates delivery of required repair action by successfully setting and managing customer expectations
• Maintains documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, and reports.
• Strictly follows organizational safety standards
• Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information

Service Advisor Qualifications:

• 2 years , Automotive experience and customer service advisor knowledge
• CDK/ADP experience
• High School diploma / GED
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Clean driving record
