Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and maintain positive relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
